FOGARTY ACCEPTS QUALIFYING OFFER FROM RANGERS
New York Rangers prospect and RFA Steven Fogarty has accepted his qualifying offer from the Rangers.
The deal is for one-year and is a two-way contract that would pay Fogarty $708,750 in the NHL and $70,000 in the minors.
Fogarty tallied 9 goals and 11 assists for 20 points and was a minus 28 in 63 games during his second full season of AHL action. He played in one game for the Rangers last season picking up 2 penalty minutes but no points.
Fogarty will once again be a restricted free agent next summer.
