The New York Rangers travel to North Carolina to take on the Carolina Hurricanes in the Canes Home Opener tonight at 7:30 PM. The Rangers coming off a 5-2 come from behind victory over the Boston Bruins on Wednesday will be without the services of Chris Kreider (neck spasms, day to day) and Josh Jooris (seperated shoulder, out 4-6 weeks). Rookie Pavel Buchnevich will be making his return after missing the last 5 games due to back spasms. Henrik Lundqvist will once again be in net for the Rangers as they look to win their 4th straight game. Lundqvist is 23-10-1 in 34 career appearances against Carolina.
