The coaches in the All-Star game this season will be the coach of each
team that is leading their division at a certain point in time in
January.If the coaches were chosen today, Alain Vigneault would be the coach of the Metro team since the Rangers lead the division.
The All-Star game this year will feature one team from each division
comprised of 9 players and 2 goalies that will play 3 on 3.
The two Eastern teams will play each other in a 20 minute game, then the two Western teams will play a 20 minute game andand the winner of each game will play the other in a 20 minute final.
The winning team will split a prize of $1 million.
