Henrik Lundqvist
Following the Rangers loss to Tampa Bay last night, Henrik Lundqvist spoke on MSG about what he called an "extremely frustrating" loss.

He said, "It doesn't matter how many games you win and when you play you want to win every game and this one, the way that we lose is extremely frustrating."

He continued, "we fought the whole game to get back into it and we finally did and then we get this opportunity and we gave it away. It's frustrating, definitely."

On the game winning goal, Lundqvist said that he felt like he came acrossthe crease well but might have been too aggressive. He said that he and Ryan McDonagh probably could have worked together better to defend on that play.

Dan Boyle played his best game of the season last night
Last night against Tampa, Dan Boyle played 18:26, had 1 shot on goal, 2 shots that were blocked, 3 hits, 1 takeaway and 2 blocked shots.
Boyle was also penalized for roughing with JT Brown after Brown tried to engage Keith Yandle in a fight.

After the game, on MSG, Dave Maloney said "for sure it was his best game of the season and you have to think pretty hard if he had any better last season."

Maloney said that Boyle was all over the ice and was in the right position to find pucks.
Joe Micheletti said that Boyle was moving the puck quicker in last night's game than he had previously and that he was engaged, blocked shots and "made good plays."

He agreed with Maloney in saying that it was Boyle's best game of the year.
