The Rangers have officially not offered RFAs Brandon Pirri, Adam Clendening, Troy Donnay, Michael Paliotta and Mackenzie Skapski qualifying offers. Those players will become UFAs.
The Rangers did offer qualifying offers to RFAs Mika Zibanejad, Jesper Fast and Nicklas Jensen.
