TONIGHT 7:00 PM, MSG+, MSGB

Season Series:
The Rangers and Sabres meet for the second of a 3 game series tonight in Buffalo. In the first meeting between the two teams the Rangers defeated Buffalo at MSG 6-3. Rangers Center Derek Brassard tallied a career high of five points in the game with two goals and three assists in the win.

Rangers Team Scope:
The Rangers again will be without goaltender Henrik Lundqvist, defenseman Marc Staal, forward Rick Nash and rookie defenseman Dylan McIlrath. Yesteerday the Rangers recalled defenseman Brady Skjei on emergency basis from AHL Hartford to fill in on the banged up Rangers Blueline. Lundqvist (neck), Staal (back spasms) and McIlrath (leg) are all being listed as day to day. Ludqvist says he should be ready for either of the Rangers scheduled games this weekend, Saturday in Detroit or Sunday back at home vs Pittsburgh. Lundqvist practiced before the team took team drills yesterday with Assistant Coach Benoit Allaire and forward Chris Kreider. Nash who has missed the last 19 previous game due to a bone bruise returned to take team practice yesterday for the first time wearing a no-contact red jersey.
