Lindberg Leads Rangers to Even Series at Two

A must win game for the Rangers heading into tonight's contest and the team responded defeating Ottawa 4-1.

A fantastic game in net for Henrik Lundqvist, only surrendering 1 goal on 23 shots on goal. The lone goal coming from the Sens Kyle Turris.

Nick Holden opened the scoring in the first for New York followed by Oscar Lindberg who netted 2 in a row. Chris Kreider rounded ot the scoring in the third period.

Tanner Glass who started the game on the first shift with Derek Stepan and Rick Nash picked up 2 assists upping his totals to 3 points in 5 playoff games.

Chris Kreider played what was his best of the playoffs. He had his head in the game , picked up a goal and played a very physical game.

The Rangers chased Sens Goaltender Craig Anderson from the net to strat the 3rd period in favor of backup Mike Condon. Anderson surrendered 3 of the Rangers goals while Condon allowed one.

Ottawa tried to "rough up" the Rangers towards the end of the game with some goading but the Rangers held their ground.

Game 5 moves back to Ottawa on Saturday with a game start at 3:00 PM.
