Last night against the Senators, Chris Kreider had an assist, 3 shots on goal, 1 shot that was blocked, 4 shots that missed the net and five hits.
Kreider's five hits were his season high and his eight shot attempts was the first time he had more than four attempts towards the net since 11/19 against Tampa Bay.
His eight shot attempts were his second most of the season and his three shots on goal were the most he had had since 11/19 against Tampa Bay.
Kreider's four shots that missed the net were his most of the season.

Adam Rotter: The four shots that missed the net are frustrating but at least Kreider is shooting the puck again. He looked engaged last night for the first time in a while and much more like the player he is supposed to be than the player he has been lately. His speed was present and led to some chances, he was physical and set a great screen on Ryan McDonagh's PP goal. Eventually you get to a point where a more noticeable and engaging Chris Kreider isn't enough and production will be needed, but this looks like the first step in the right direction for Kreider.
