Antti Raanta is the first NYR goalie to post a SO in any start against former team since Jacques Plante vs. MTL on 3/8/64.
Raanta is also the first goaltender in NYR history who has earned a shutout in his first start against his former team.
Rangers are are the first NHL team with 100 goals this season. The last season Rangers were the first team with 100 goals was 90-91.
With Holden's goal last night the Rangers have at least 100 goals in the first 29 games of a season for the first time since 1995-96.
