1973: The Rangers tie a franchise record with a 6-0 win over the Islanders to extend their winning streak to 10 games.
1983: The Minnesota North Stars and visiting Rangers combine to set an NHL record for the fastest three goals. New York's Mark Pavelich scores at 19:18 of the second period, teammate Ron Greschner scores nine seconds later and Minnesota's Willi Plett beats New York goaltender Eddie Mio six seconds after that for three goals in 15 seconds. Minnesota wins the game 7-5.
2016: Henrik Lundqvist wins his 366th game, passing Martin Brodeur for the most wins by a goaltender in his first 11 seasons in NHL history.
