In addition, Lundqvist has made at least 30 saves in 10 games this season; he has posted a 9-1-0 record, along with a 1.88 GAA, a .947 SV%, and 1 SO in those 10 contests.
• Chris Kreider tallied the game-winning goal in overtime in tonight's contest. Kreider registered an overtime goal in a regular season game for the first time in his NHL career (he recorded an overtime goal in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against Boston in 2013). He has recorded 20 or more goals in each of the last three seasons (2014-15 - 2016-17), and he is the only Ranger who has registered at least 20 goals in each of those seasons. Kreider is now one goal away from tying his career-high in goals (21 in both 2014-15 and 2015-16).

Blueshirt Breakdown
• J.T. Miller recorded two assists, including an assist on the game-winning goal in overtime, registered four shots on goal, won seven of 11 faceoffs (63.6%), and posted a plus-one rating in 17:38 of ice time. Miller leads the Rangers in games with a point this season (29). He has registered a point in 12 of the last 14 games, recording 16 points (seven goals, nine assists) over the span.
• Ryan McDonagh tallied an assist, registered four shots on goal, and tied for the game-high with two blocked shots while skating in a team-high 26:19 of ice time. The Rangers captain has recorded 11 points (one goal, 10 assists) in the last 16 games, and he leads Rangers defensemen in points this season (29; two goals, 27 assists). McDonagh leads the Rangers in power play assists (10) and power play points (11) this season.
• Mika Zibanejad notched an assist on the game-winning goal in overtime and won 16 of 29 faceoffs (55.2%) in 19:25 of ice time. He has tallied an assist/point in each of the last two games (two assists) and has recorded four points (two goals, two assists) in seven games since returning to the Rangers' lineup.
• Alain Vigneault coached his 1,103rd career game in the NHL in tonight's contest, passing Billy Reay for sole possession of 17th place on the NHL's all-time games coached list. He earned his 598th career win as a head coach in the NHL.
• Dan Girardi skated in his 772nd career game with the Rangers in tonight's contest, tying Adam Graves for ninth place on the franchise's all-time games played list.
