NYR TODAY MON 7/18: Lindberg's Return, Alumni Birthdays

Oscar Lindberg may return earlier than expected

Lindberg who underwent surgery this past May originally slated to be out for 6 months may be ready sooner than the expected time because of a new treatment he is undergoing in Sweden as part of his rehab from hip surgery.
The hip injury is something that Lindberg has known about for a while and has worsened over time. He will play next season in specially designed skates to help the problem from reoccurring.
