Rangers resigned restricted free agents, J.T. Miller, Dylan McIlrath and Tommy Hughes; signed prospect Robin Kovacs to an entry level contract; signed unrestricted free agent forward Josh Jooris to a 1 year 2 way contract.
Prospect Pavel Buchnevich is ready to start training this summer at the NHL Level. He has already started physical activities off ice and will be starting "full force" on ice drills soon. Buchnevich has already started to acclimate himself to the North American lifestyle living with an American family. Chris Drury said that the Rangers have him working with a "great trainer" the ice at the MSG Training Center is at his "disposal".
The New York Rangers unveiled their 90th Anniversary logo which will be worn as a shoulder patch on jerseys and used throughout the season in other areas of promotions on and off the ice.
