Tonight the Rangers take on the Edmonton Oilers for the second time this season having defeated the Oilers 5-3 in their previous meeting at Madison Square Garden on November 3rd.

The Rangers will also be looking to go for its third win in the last four visits to Edmonton and first two-game season series sweep of the Oilers since 1998-99.

The Rangers second of a four-game road trip got off to a flying start with a 4-1 win over the Calgary Flames on Saturday night with goals by Michael Grabner, Derek Stepan, Jimmy Vesey and Pavel Buchnevich.

Tonight's New York Rangers Player to Watch:
Against Edmonton Rick Nash has three goals and four assists in a four-game points streak against Edmonton. Nash also has three goals and six assists in his last eight games in northern Alberta.

The Rangers are averaging 4.13 goals per game.
