NEW YORK RANGERS GAME DAY PREVIEW

Tonight the Rangers host the Edmonton Oilers at Madison Square Garden for the first time this season.
The Rangers lead the league in goals for with 40 in their first ten games and stand at second in the Metropolitan Division one point behind Pittsburgh for the top spot. 
Rookie Jimmy Vesey is on a roll leading the Rangers with 6 goals. Captain Ryan McDonagh leads the team in assists with 9, the most for a defenseman over the first ten games since Brian Leetch.
Henrik Lundqvist should get the nod in net tonight after a 5-0 shutout performance versus the Blues on Tuesday.
