RANGERS PROSPECTS UPDATE 11/4



Lias Andersson posted his second consecutive multi-point, registering two points (one goal, one assist) in the contest. He has recorded five points (two goals, three assists) in the last two games. Andersson has tallied a goal/point in five of the last seven games (five goals, four assists). Among SHL players younger than 20 years old, he ranks second in the league in goals (seven) and points (13) this season.

Igor Shesterkin made 28 saves to earn a win with SKA. He has posted a 19-0-1 record, along with a 1.57 GAA, a .941 SV%, and 4 SO in 20 KHL appearances this season.

Adam Huska stopped 21 of 22 shots he faced and earned a win. He has earned a win in each of his last two appearances, posting a 1.00 GAA and a .968 SV% (60 saves on 62 shots) in the two contests.

Tim Gettinger registered three points (one goal, two assists) in a Sault Ste. Marie's win. He has recorded five points (two goals, three assists) and a plus-five rating in the last two games. Gettinger also extended his goal/point streak to five games (five goals, three assists, plus-eight rating over the span). He has tallied 27 points (14 goals, 13 assists) in 25 games this season.

Morgan Barron tallied two primary assists and recorded four shots on goal in Cornell's 4-3 win against Boston University at MSG. Barron has registered nine points (three goals, six assists) in his first 10 career collegiate games. He is tied for the team lead in assists and is tied for second on the team in points this season.

Tyler Nanne had a goal in Minnesota's 5-4 win over Wisconsin Friday night. The blueliner has two goals and four assists for six points in 18 games with the Gophers.

IN THE SYSTEM:
Hartford WolfPack:
Ryan Gropp, Adam Chapie and Vince Pedrie all scored goals in Hartford's 5-4 shootout win over Rochester Friday night in the American Hockey League. Brandon Crawley had two assists while Pedrie, Vinni Lettieri and Neal Pionk had one helper each. Goaltender Alexandar Georgiev finished with 34 saves for the win.

The Wolf Pack dropped a 4-3 overtime decision to the Toronto Marlies Saturday night. Gropp posted his first career multi-goal/point game to give him five thus far in his rookie campaign. Letteri netted his ninth of the year, while the newly acquired Peter Holland had an assist. Georgiev had 35 saves in the loss.

Forward Ty Ronning scored a goal and added eight shots on goal on his way to being named the game's No. 1 star in Vancouver's 5-3 victory over Prince George in the Western Hockey League on Friday. The 2016 seventh round pick has 26 goals and 38 points in 29 games this season with the Giants.


Greenville Swamp Rabbits:
Sergey Zborovskiy had an assist and Brandon Halverson had 36 saves in a 2-1 Greenville loss to Orlando in the ECHL on Friday evening.
