Extending their Road Wins record to 26-9-1 the Rangers played a solid team game tonight in Minnesota defeating the Wild 3-2.
Backstopped by his 15th win and a 25 save performance by Antti Ranta and goals by Brady Skjei in his return to his home state, Oscar Lindberg and Jimmy Vesey the Rangers end the season series with Minnesota at one win each..
Mats Zuccarello tallied his 37th team leading assist of the season while J.T. Miller up his points lead to 52 with an assist on the night. Oscar Lindberg led the team in scoring tonight with 2 points, goal and an assist.
The Rangers are now 11-2-0 in their last 13 road games.
The Rangers return to action on Tuesday in New Jersey to take on the Devils in the first of another back to back games, the second coming Wednesday at MSG vs the Islanders.
